The Dennison was originally a grand historic hotel, and it was important to us to keep its rich history intact. While the lobby retains the building’s original character, our 23 one- to two-bedroom suites each contain refurbished windows, custom-built cabinetry, large kitchens with quartz countertops and imported 36" six-burner gas ranges from Italy. Our underground garage also provides secure parking for our residents.
The Sanborn and The Dennison are attached at the hip—literally. When we built The Sanborn as an attachment to The Dennison, we kept many of the same beautiful details, like custom-built wooden cabinetry, custom closets and large kitchens with quartz countertops and imported 36" six-burner gas ranges from Italy. Its hardwood floors, marble-wrapped gas fireplaces, park views and open floor plans also make it perfect for entertaining guests.
